Welcome to Das Adventures. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details at the time of booking.

2. Payment Policy

  • Partial or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before or during the trip as agreed.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation requests must be made in advance via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Refunds (if applicable) depend on the cancellation time and service terms.
  • Certain bookings (hotels, vehicles, peak season tours) may be non-refundable.
  • Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days.

4. Pricing & Changes

  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, fuel costs, and seasonal demand.
  • Das Adventures reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Responsibilities

  • Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Any damage caused to vehicles or hotel property will be charged to the customer.

6. Vehicle & Transport Policy

  • Vehicles are provided as per booking (subject to availability).
  • AC may be switched off in hilly areas or when required for safety.
  • Driver duty hours and night charges (if applicable) must be respected.

7. Hotel & Accommodation

  • Hotels are provided as per package or availability.
  • Check-in and check-out timings must be followed.
  • Any extra services (room service, laundry, etc.) are chargeable directly.

8. Liability

  • Das Adventures acts as a travel facilitator and is not liable for
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or natural disasters
  • Loss, injury, or damage during the trip
  • Third-party service issues (hotels, transport partners)

9. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully with staff, drivers, and locals.
  • Any illegal or inappropriate behavior may result in trip termination without refund.

10. Force Majeure

  • Das Adventures is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Das Adventures reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
